Within 90 days after a quantitative restriction agreement is accepted under section 1671c(a)(2) or 1671c(c)(3), the President must talk with the government that signed it to end the countervailable subsidy or cut it so exports to the U.S. no longer cause injury. The President can order the administering authority to change the agreement, and this subpart stops applying to a 1671c(c)(3) agreement when it ends under 1671c(f) or a violation is found under 1671c(i).
