Title 19 › Chapter 6— TRADE FAIR PROGRAM › § 1751
The Secretary of Commerce must tell the Secretary of the Treasury when letting a U.S. fair use the trade benefits in this law. He must give the fair’s name, where it will be held, the opening and closing dates, and the operator’s name. Defined terms: Fair — any fair, exhibition, or exposition the Secretary approves. Closing date — the date set as the fair’s end or the day it actually ends, if earlier. The Secretary of Commerce may make rules needed to carry this out.
