Title 19 › Chapter 16— WINE TRADE › § 2805
The U.S. Trade Representative must consult with the Committees and with U.S. wine and grape industry representatives. This must happen before identifying tariff or other trade barriers and naming major wine-trading countries under section 2803, when preparing the reports called for by section 2804(b), and when deciding if the President should act under the Trade Act of 1974 on matters listed in section 2804(b)(1).
