Appellate Body — the body set up under Article 17.1 of the Dispute Settlement Understanding. Appropriate congressional committees — the committees named below and any other congressional committees with related jurisdiction. Congressional committees — the House Committee on Ways and Means and the Senate Committee on Finance. Dispute settlement panel (panel) — a panel formed under Article 6 of the Dispute Settlement Understanding. Dispute Settlement Body — the body that runs the dispute rules and procedures in the Dispute Settlement Understanding. Dispute Settlement Understanding — the dispute rules referred to in section 3511(d)(16) of this title. General Council — created under paragraph 2 of Article IV of the WTO Agreement. Ministerial Conference — created under paragraph 1 of Article IV of the WTO Agreement. Antidumping Agreement, Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures, and Safeguards Agreement — the agreements cited in section 3511(d)(7), (12), and (13) of this title.
