The U.S. Trade Representative should strongly oppose letting any country join the World Trade Organization if that country, by its laws, policies, or government actions, supports or enforces a boycott described in 50 U.S.C. 4607(a) (as of August 20, 1994). This includes cases where the country makes or urges businesses there to refuse to deal with people who won't follow those banned requests.
