Applies to nonrubber footwear from Brazil when three things are true. The shoes were covered by Treasury Decision 74-233 dated September 9, 1974; they were recorded with U.S. customs or taken out of a warehouse for consumption on or before October 28, 1981; and their customs entries had not been finally settled by December 8, 1994.

In the case of nonrubber footwear imported from Brazil—

(1)which is subject to Treasury Decision 74-233, dated September 9, 1974,

(2)which was entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or before October 28, 1981, and

(3)with respect to which entries are unliquidated on December 8, 1994,
