The President must create a public website that gathers and shares information about the African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA). The site must include details about help from USAID regional trade hubs and a link to the websites of U.S. embassies in eligible sub-Saharan African countries. The Secretary of State should tell those embassies to promote AGOA benefits to people and businesses and to add a link to the AGOA site. After each United States–Sub-Saharan Africa Trade and Economic Cooperation Forum meeting, the President should post the meeting outcomes (including any commitments) and a progress report on prior commitments. The information must be made available in digital form on the AGOA website.
