Defines key words used in the subchapter. CAFTA–DR article: a good that meets the origin rules in section 4033(b). CAFTA–DR textile or apparel article: a textile or clothing item (see section 4002(5)) that also qualifies as a CAFTA–DR article. De minimis supplying country: a CAFTA–DR country whose share of U.S. imports of the relevant article is 3% or less in the most recent 12 months before a petition; if all such countries together exceed 9%, then none count. Relevant CAFTA–DR article: the article named in a petition under section 4061(a).
