Homeland Security must warn travelers that importing counterfeit or pirated goods into the United States can break the law and harm the economy, public health, and safety. Form 6059B (or any successor or electronic version), shown on or after 30 days after February 24, 2016, must include a written warning that importing infringing goods can bring civil or criminal penalties and may risk safety or health.
