The Interagency Labor Committee must talk with the Labor Advisory Committee, the Advisory Committee for Trade Policy and Negotiations (or their successor committees), and the appropriate congressional committees when choosing and appointing candidates for the rapid response labor panelists described in Annex 31–A of the USMCA. The United States, working with Mexico, must provide enough money so those rapid response labor panelists can carry out their USMCA duties promptly and fully.
