The Forced Labor Enforcement Task Force must send a report to the appropriate congressional committees every six months. The report must explain what the Department of Homeland Security is doing and planning to enforce the import ban under section 1307; state how many times merchandise was denied entry during the preceding 180‑day period and describe that merchandise; include an enforcement plan for goods named in the Findings on the Worst Forms of Child Labor (under section 2464) and the List of Goods Produced by Child Labor or Forced Labor (under section 7112(b)(2)(C) of title 22); and include any other information the Task Force thinks is useful for enforcing section 1307.
