Title 19 › Chapter 1— COLLECTION DISTRICTS, PORTS, AND OFFICERS › § 66
The Secretary of the Treasury must make the forms, sworn statements, bonds, and other papers needed to collect import taxes, handle duties, and run bonded warehouses. The Secretary must also write the rules and tell customs officers what instructions and forms to use so the laws about imports are followed.
