Title 19 › Chapter 1A— FOREIGN TRADE ZONES › § 81f
Requires each application to give five kinds of information. First, where the zone would be and why that place is right for a zone (land, water, or both; how it will be separated from customs territory; if the site is fit for a zone; and whether it can be expanded). Second, what new and existing facilities will be used and a cost estimate. Third, when building will start and finish. Fourth, how the project will be paid for. Fifth, any other information the Board asks for. The Board may allow changes to an application on its own or if asked. Any expansion of an approved zone must be applied for and approved in the same way as the original application.
