Employing offices must put up a notice from the Office where employee notices are normally posted. The notice must explain the rights, protections, and how covered employees can make a complaint about certain violations. It must also give contact information for the Office. The covered violations are discrimination banned by section 1311(a) (which, under section 1302(c), includes Title II of the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008 (42 U.S.C. 2000ff et seq.)), discrimination banned by section 1316(a), and any section 1317 violation related to that discrimination.
