The Office must run a secure, voluntary survey of employing offices about their workplace climate no later than 1 year after December 21, 2018, and then every 2 years. Each survey must ask about attitudes on sexual harassment. The Office must set the survey methods. All answers must be anonymous and confidential, and respondents must be told that. The Office must avoid identifiers. Results must go to the Committee on House Administration of the House of Representatives and the Committees on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs and Rules and Administration of the Senate. The Office must consult those committees when making methods and procedures.
