Title 2 › Chapter 5— LIBRARY OF CONGRESS › § 142j
Starting October 1, 1988, the Library of Congress can pay out funds set aside for the John C. Stennis Center, figure and pay basic pay for Center personnel, and provide financial help like that under section 142f; it must charge the full cost to Stennis Center funds under agreements allowed by 31 U.S.C. 1535 and 1536.
