§1514 Enforcement in House of Representatives

Summary
The Rules Committee must put in the report it files under clause 1(d) of House Rule XI a separate entry listing every waiver of a point of order about federal mandates. Each entry must show the bill or joint resolution number and say what the measure is about.

Codification Section is comprised of section 107 of Pub. L. 104–4. Subsec. (a) of section 107 of Pub. L. 104–4 amended the Rules of the House of Representatives, which are not classified to the Code.

Effective Date
