§1812 Care and Superintendence of Capitol

Summary
On and after March 3, 1977, the Architect of the Capitol must be responsible for caring for and managing the Capitol, including its lighting. The Architect's office must be located in the Capitol Building.

The Architect of the Capitol shall on and after March 3, 1977, have the care and superintendence of the Capitol, including lighting. His office shall be in the Capitol Building.
