§1828 Administration of Public Outreach and Services for Capitol Grounds and Arboretum

Summary

For this fiscal year and each fiscal year thereafter, the Architect of the Capitol may, with approval from the Appropriations Committees of the Senate and House, make cooperative agreements with other organizations to help the Capitol Grounds and Arboretum do its work. The Architect may also swap plant materials with federal, state, and local agencies, botanic gardens and arboretums, schools and universities, non-profit groups, and municipal parks and gardens.
