Title 2 › Chapter 28— ARCHITECT OF THE CAPITOL › Subchapter IV— APPROPRIATIONS AND EXPENDITURES › § 1862b
Starting in fiscal year 2019 and each year after, money given for the Architect of the Capitol under "House Office Buildings" may be moved into the House of Representatives' "Allowances and Expenses" fund if the House Appropriations Committee agrees. Money moved keeps the same spending time rules it had before, and no more than $30,000,000 can be moved in any one fiscal year.
