§1868a Semiannual Report of Disbursements

Summary

The Architect of the Capitol must send Congress a detailed, itemized report of the Office’s disbursements within 60 days after the end of each six‑month period. Each report must show who was paid; quantities and prices of items bought; what services were provided, how long they took, and the name, title, and amount paid to each person who did the work; the amounts appropriated, received, spent, and any unspent balances; the information given to the Comptroller General under 31 U.S.C. 3523(b); and any extra information required by the House or Senate committee rules. Each report must be printed as a House document. This applies to the periods Jan 1–June 30 and July 1–Dec 31 of each year, starting with the six‑month period in which this was enacted.
