Within 60 days after each half‑year, the Architect of the Capitol must send Congress a detailed, itemized report of disbursements. The report must name people who were paid; list quantities and prices of items bought; describe services with time spent and give the name, title, and amount paid to each provider; state amounts appropriated, received, spent, and unspent balances; include the information sent to the Comptroller General under 31 U.S.C. 3523(b); and any extra data required by the House Administration or Senate Rules committees. Each report must be printed as a House document and covers Jan 1–June 30 and July 1–Dec 31 each year, starting with the half‑year when this was enacted.
