Creates a Treasury account called the House Historic Buildings Revitalization Trust Fund for the Architect of the Capitol to repair major historic House buildings and assets. The Architect must get the House Appropriations Committee’s approval to use the money. Money stays available until spent. Applies starting in fiscal year 2010 and every year after.
