The Chief of the Capitol Police must send Congress a detailed report of all spending within 60 days after the end of each half-year. The half-year periods are October 1–March 31 and April 1–September 30, starting with the half-year when this was enacted. The report must list each payee and amount, describe services and service dates, show all appropriations, receipts, expenditures and any unspent balances for any open fiscal year, and include any extra information the House Administration Committee or the Senate Rules and Administration Committee requires. Each report must be printed as a House document.
