Officers and members of the United States Park Police, the United States Secret Service Uniformed Division, the Capitol Police, and the Metropolitan Police force of the District of Columbia must wear a patch, pin, or other emblem on their uniforms that shows the United States flag or its colors. The Secretary of the Interior (for the Park Police), the Secretary of the Treasury (for the Secret Service Uniformed Division), the Capitol Police Board (for the Capitol Police), and the Mayor of the District of Columbia (for the Metropolitan Police) must make the rules needed to carry this out.
