The Architect of the Capitol may build an E‑85 fuel tank and pump at or near the Capitol Grounds Fuel Station. The pump must be available to all legislative branch vehicles that can use E‑85, and other legislative branch agencies must repay the Architect for the E‑85 fuel their vehicles use. Up to $640,000 was authorized for fiscal year 2008 to pay for this.
