Title 2 › Chapter 1— ELECTION OF SENATORS AND REPRESENTATIVES › § 2c
States that get more than one Representative in the Ninety-first Congress or any later Congress must, by law, be divided into the same number of single-member districts as Representatives they have. Representatives must be elected only from those districts. A State that has always elected its Representatives at-large may elect at-large to the Ninety-first Congress.
