Title 2 › Chapter 12— CONTESTED ELECTIONS › § 387
To take an oral deposition, a side must give the other side written notice at least two days before the exam that shows the time, place, and each witness’s name and address. When the deposition is filed, attach the notice and proof that it was served. If both sides agree in writing, no notice is needed and that agreement must be attached. They may file testimony as a sworn written statement or a written agreement, within the time limits in section 386.
