Title 2 › Chapter 12— CONTESTED ELECTIONS › § 392
The committee decides contested election cases using only the papers, depositions, and exhibits filed with the Clerk. The challenger must include an appendix of the record parts he wants considered; the defender must include any parts the challenger did not print. The challenger must serve his printed brief and appendix within 45 days after testimony ends; the defender has 30 days to serve his brief and appendix; the challenger may reply in 10 days. The committee sets the required format, length, and number of copies.
