The Office of the Attending Physician Revolving Fund created by the 1976 Legislative Branch Appropriation Act is ended on November 21, 1989. Any money that was in the fund on that date, or any money the attending physician gets later from selling prescription drugs or any other source, must be turned over to the U.S. Treasury as miscellaneous receipts.
