Title 2 › Chapter 55— HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OFFICERS AND ADMINISTRATION › Subchapter IX— CORRECTIONS CALENDAR OFFICE › § 5624
On October 1, 2003, three jobs from the Corrections Calendar Office and their duties moved to the Office of the Speaker, and two jobs and their duties moved to the Office of the Minority Leader. If someone held one of those jobs when they moved, any unused annual and sick leave they had stays available for them to use after the move. Starting in fiscal year 2004 and every year after, the Corrections Calendar Office’s lump-sum pay-and-expense allowance is split so that 63.5% goes to the Office of the Speaker and 36.5% goes to the Office of the Minority Leader.
