The Secretary of the Senate may, with the approval of the Senate Appropriations Committee, move money during any fiscal year between the Senate’s contingent fund for the Office of the Secretary and the Senate’s regular accounts that pay salaries and support the Office of the Secretary. Money moved this way can be used in the same way and for the same purposes as the funds already in the account that receives it. The Sergeant at Arms and Doorkeeper may, with the approval of the Senate Appropriations Committee, move money during any fiscal year from the Senate’s contingent fund for that office into the Senate’s regular accounts that pay salaries and support the Office of the Sergeant at Arms and Doorkeeper. Money moved this way can be used in the same way and for the same purposes as the funds already in the account that receives it.
