Title 2 › Chapter 65— SENATE OFFICERS AND ADMINISTRATION › Subchapter I— GENERAL › § 6509
Senate support offices may send bills to the Secretary of the Senate when they either paid expenses for another Senate office or are owed money for goods or services they provided to another office. The money will be charged to the official funds of the office that benefited. Each bill must include a signed statement from the support office showing the amount and saying the charges could be paid from that office’s official funds. Bills must follow the rules set by the Committee on Rules and Administration.
