The Senate Committee on Rules and Administration must write rules about the Attending Physician’s services and the Senate health and fitness facilities and must require people to pay fees to use them. The Secretary of the Senate may take those fees from a person’s Senate pay when the rules allow it and must send all collected fees to the General Fund of the Treasury as miscellaneous receipts unless another law says otherwise. These rules took effect on April 9, 1992.
