Money the Sergeant at Arms gets as payment for damage to, loss of, or loss of use of property that was bought with the "Contingent Expenses, Sergeant at Arms and Doorkeeper of the Senate" funds must go back into that same account or its subaccount. That money is combined with the account’s other funds and can be used under the same rules. This rule applies starting in fiscal year 2005 and each year after. "Sergeant at Arms" means the Sergeant at Arms and Doorkeeper of the Senate.
