Title 20 › Chapter 80— STATE FISCAL STABILIZATION FUND › § 10008
Each year, any State that gets money under this chapter must send a report to the Secretary when and how the Secretary requires. The report must cover eight topics, including how the State used and distributed the funds; the number of jobs the Governor estimates were saved or created; tax increases the Governor estimates were averted; progress on reducing unequal distribution of highly qualified teachers, building a State longitudinal data system, and making valid assessments for limited English proficient students and children with disabilities; tuition and fee increases at public in‑State colleges and any actions to limit them; changes in in‑State enrollment including students eligible for Pell Grants or other need‑based aid; and details of each modernization, renovation, and repair project funded, with amounts awarded and project costs.
