Title 20 › Chapter 8— HOWARD UNIVERSITY › Subchapter I— GENERAL PROVISIONS › § 127
Within twenty years after construction is done, as the Secretary decides, if Howard University transfers these facilities to anyone but the U.S. or stops using them for teaching, the U.S. may recover their value from the buyer or university. The value is set by agreement or by the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
