Title 20 › Chapter 42— HARRY S TRUMAN MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIPS › § 2008
Students keep getting scholarship payments only while the Foundation finds they are doing well and are studying or researching full time to prepare for a career in public service. They must not hold other paid work unless the Foundation approves that job under its rules. The Foundation can require students to file reports with whatever information, form, and timing it decides. Those reports must include a certificate from an approved official at the college saying the student is making satisfactory progress and is essentially full time, except as subsection (a) allows.
