Title 20 › Chapter 45— CAREER EDUCATION AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT › Subchapter III— MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS › § 2565
The Secretary of Education may give money to help create the Wayne Morse Chair of Law and Politics at the University of Oregon in Eugene. The federal part of the cost cannot be more than 50 percent. Money is paid only after an application is made in the time, way, and with the information the Secretary asks for. Congress may appropriate up to $500,000 for this, and those funds stay available until spent.
