Title 20 › Chapter 52— EDUCATION FOR ECONOMIC SECURITY › Subchapter V— ASBESTOS SCHOOL HAZARD ABATEMENT › § 4016
Each calendar year until 1999, the Administrator must prepare and send a report by June 1 to the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works and to the House Committee on Energy and Commerce about the loan and grant program. The report must say how many applications were received; how many loans and grants were made the previous year and who got them; how many applications were denied and why; what kinds of programs were funded; the estimated total cost to recipients and the total amount of loans and grants made; and, by State, how many schools still need help and how much money is needed to remove all remaining asbestos hazards.
