§4504 Period for Award

Summary
The Foundation can set how long a junior fellowship lasts, but a junior fellowship can't be longer than two academic years. The Foundation can set how long a senior fellowship lasts, but a senior fellowship can't be longer than five calendar years.

Junior fellowships shall be granted for such periods as the Foundation may prescribe but not to exceed two academic years. Senior fellowship shall be granted for such periods as the Foundation may prescribe, but not to exceed five calendar years.
