Title 20 › Chapter 59— BARRY GOLDWATER SCHOLARSHIP AND EXCELLENCE IN EDUCATION PROGRAM › § 4705
People who get a scholarship or fellowship must be given a stipend. The stipend can be as much as that person's costs for tuition, fees, books, and room and board, unless the Board sets a smaller amount. People who get a research internship must also get a stipend set by the Board, and it cannot be higher than the maximum stipend for scholarships or fellowships.
