Programs funded under this chapter must not treat people unfairly because of race, color, religion, sex (except as allowed under Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (20 U.S.C. 1681 et seq.)), national origin, or disability. When an eligible entity (see section 6311(d) or part C of subchapter IV) starts a grant under section 6311(d) or part C of subchapter IV, a child already enrolled cannot have their services stopped or be forced out of the program.
