The report must also be shared widely with the public, including on the Internet. The report must describe what the National Education Centers did during the prior fiscal years. It must list every grant, contract, and cooperative agreement over $100,000 from those years, giving the amount, how long it lasts, who got it, what it was for, and how it ties to the Institute’s priorities; that list must be in an easy-to-use electronic database. The report must also explain how the Centers’ activities follow sound scientific research and fit the Institute’s mission and priorities. The Director can add any other comments, recommendations, or materials they think are appropriate.
