Defines key words. Entity: any business collaboration. Foreign person: a foreign citizen, national, or entity not organized under U.S. law (not a foreign state). Narcotics trafficking: illegal acts to grow, produce, transport, sell, finance, or assist with narcotic drugs, controlled substances, or listed chemicals. Drug terms: defined in section 802 of this title. Person: individual or entity. United States person: U.S. citizen or national, permanent resident, entity organized under U.S. law (including foreign branches), or anyone in the United States. Significant foreign narcotics trafficker: a foreign person the President identifies for sanctions and names in the report required under subsection (b) or (h)(1) of section 1903 of this title.
