Title 21 › Chapter 26— FOOD SAFETY › § 2108
Every year the Secretary must send a report to specified Senate and House committees about the preceding 1‑year period. The report must cover three things: imported FDA‑regulated foods by country and type; how many FDA inspectors and inspections were done; and the combined inspection results, including violations of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and any enforcement actions.
