Title 21 › Chapter 28— SANCTIONS WITH RESPECT TO FOREIGN TRAFFICKERS OF ILLICIT SYNTHETIC OPIOIDS › Subchapter II— OTHER MATTERS › § 2332
Gives the Treasury as much money as it needs for fiscal year 2020 to run the activities under this chapter. It also lets the Secretary of Defense move $5,000,000 from a FY2020 defense counter-drug account to the Commission on Combating Synthetic Opioid Trafficking so the Commission can do its duties, despite section 2215 of title 10. The money for the Treasury must add to other funding and not replace other funds. The funds cannot be spent until 15 days after the President tells the listed Congressional committees. The listed committees are the named Senate committees (Armed Services; Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs; Foreign Relations; Select Committee on Intelligence; Judiciary; Appropriations) and the named House committees (Armed Services; Financial Services; Foreign Affairs; Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence; Oversight and Reform; Appropriations).
