Margarine, imitation or renovated butter, adulterated butter, and any butter- or cheese-like product not made only from pure milk or cream must follow the laws of any State, Territory, or the District of Columbia where they arrive to be used, sold, or stored. Being in original packages or brought in a certain way does not let them avoid those local laws.
