The Secretary of Agriculture can use the 1891 cattle-inspection law to inspect, test, and certify dairy products that are sent to other countries. Under rules the Secretary makes, those dairy exports can be marked or labeled to show their identity, purity, quality, and grade, and the same export rules for cattle products apply to them.
