The Attorney General can give any of his duties under this part to other officers or employees in the Department of Justice. He can also make and enforce rules and procedures he thinks are needed to do those duties well. He can accept gifts, donations, or property meant to help prevent or control drug abuse. He can take control of that property and sell or transfer it, but not money.
