The Attorney General must set up an advisory panel of experienced Federal, State, tribal, and local law enforcement and regulators to meet as needed and plan training for wholesale and retail distributors of precursor chemicals and supplies. The Attorney General must also keep running seminars to teach distributors how to spot and report suspicious transactions and help State, tribal, and local agencies run similar education programs.
